Lexar has unveiled its highest capacity SD-format memory cards to date, the Professional 133x SDXC 64GB and 128GB. Both feature a minimum read speed of 20MB/s (write speeds are not specified but are described as slower than read speeds) and include Lexar's Image Rescue 4 photo recovery and card maintenance software for Mac and Windows.
