Epson has announced the Stylus Pro 3880, an inkjet photo printer featuring a 17 inch carriage and eight UltraChrome K3 inks with Vivid Magenta in a compact design. The new model, which replaces the Epson Stylus Pro 3800, will ship in October 2009 for US$1295 in the U.S. (US$1495 in a bundle that includes a RIP from ColorBurst).
