Im new to flash, can someone share how does repeating flash works?
How to set and what to expect when using it, best is with some photo.

Have you seen pictures of a bouncing ball, all over a whole picture, correctly exposed.
This strobe effect will flash repeatedly at a frequency you set as well as the flash power, thus you have a disco light effect where you see the images frozen at each flash.

Yes... but no need so long actually... a ball bouncing can be shot in about 2 secs and while repeating rapidly, you may get quite a series of images of the ball as it moves thru the bounce sequence....
