Repairing Pentax Mx film slr

Hi guys,
I just found my dad's old film slr pentax mx but however the viewfinder has many black specks and the lens is extremely blur and moldy. Can i know where and how much would it cost to bring it back to working condition again? many thanks for all the help!

Camera Hospital at Sunshine Plaza in Middle Road is a good place to start. Or The Camera Workshop in Peninsula Shopping Centre too.
