just a simple ponder, how many do you guys bought yourself a remote shutter release and how often do you actually utilize it?

I did, and I will use it for night photography, though that isn't alot. But better to have it first and not use it often than to want to use it but don't have it right? Besides, mine's third party, so I don't consider it a waste of money... yet.

Got a Phottix Cleon.
Works well, way better than using the timer.

Just bought my Yong Nuo radio shutter trigger today. Placed my camera in an inaccessible-by-normal-means place, and triggered it wireless-ly to get great shots.
