regarding tripod on Fastpack 200

i remember reading something some time back from one of the CSers regarding putting a tripod on fastpack 200's water bottle section after buying something from Popular.
i tried to find the post again, but to no avail.:cry:
so i was wondering you guys can tell me what the thing from Popular is...?;p
