So if it does not work out, he wants his money back. This guy has strange ideas about romance. (how romantic - he kept track of money spent on her during courtship - no wonder people like to make jokes about bean counters). Apparently 60:40 (their approx ages) does not work.
Have not he heard of the 80:20 rule that works? Maybe he can try courting a 20+ year old PRC gal when he is in his 80's.
