Refreshment - 21 and 22 April

Hi to all,

I've placed order for the following:

1. 10 cartons, i.e. 240 bottles for drinking water, to be delivered to SAM between 3 to 5pm on Friday (PE, I've given them your contact; you will need to pay $70 for the 10 cartons)
   1. As mentioned, Eddie will have to have ways to access them especially for the early morning walks on Saturday and Sunday; the rest are for volunteers and those who help out
2. 16 Bento sets are ordered ($316.72) and will be delivered to SAM on 21 and 22 April. The food will arrive at noon and they are meant strictly for volunteers and those who are helping for the WHOLE day ...

I would suggest loading the drinks into the boot of your vehicle in advance.
