reflector, lightstand and holder

hi all

i want to get a reflector , along with holder and a light stand...

i saw some cheap ones but some reputable shop told me to get better ones ad the cheap reflectors will peel off soon and it will be a waste of money..

as i got no experience in such things, pls kindly advice.

pls also advice on if i need to get better holder or light stand to hold the reflector..
