Picture 2 andn 3 looks nice to me. For picture 2, dunno why but I feel a bit not horizontally aligned.

For the 3rd pic, if you can do some cropping e.g. (1) left portion (where the lights looks a bit overexposed) and (2) Crop a bit of the night sky so that the buildings/lightings occupy a bit more of the picture, Think it will be even better.
