hi all,

juz wanna check out if there's any filter out there which won't compromise the quality of pictures taken.
I don't know much about filter so i would like to seek for advices and recommendation.

If you're shooting digital, you can go for Nikon NC, B+W MRc or Hoya Pro1 Digital MC Protector.

I think there is a thread somewhere whereby someone did a comparison before.

Best is No Filter (of course! :), followed by B+W MRC UV filter, then Nikon NC filter and so on.

If your Lens is expensive, I recommend that you get the B+W filter and treat the extra cost as "insurance".

Well it depends on whether TS believes filter degrades image quality or not.
