Recommendations for massage and spa in Bali

Any good (and affordable) couple spa to recommend? I don't know about spa pricing in Bali, but I want something like a 3-4 hours session.

Also, how much does normal 2 hours massage cost in Kuta? eg those beach massage or those along the main street.. Need to know so we won't get rip off!

I am not sure of beach massage. In kuta itself the price range is around s$30.
