I will be getting a nikon mount flash for my D70s.
Wondering you folks can share with me the current market price for a reasonable priced entry nikon flash mount.

And what model will that be?

Main decision is whether to buy SB-600 first before upgrading to SB-800 later OR jump straight into SB-800. Many threads have discussed this topic at lenght in ClubSnap

then get the SB-600. If you need more power with a bigger budget, then get the SB-800

SB-600 is great value for money. I don't think I will sell mine away... definitely keeping it.

best valued will the 3rd party... sigma 500dg super is a good one. function is close to sb800 but at the price slightly higher than sb600
