recommendations for a good travel tripod

I need a good light weight tripod for travelling. Must be able to be packed into a cabin luggage. Must be able to support at most 2 kg weight (lens + camera body). Most likely about 1.5kg most of the time (depending on lens used). Legs must be flip lock, not twist.

Also need recommendation for a good lightweight ball head (support for 2kg) and quick release clamp (lever action, not screw).

All items must be available locally. Read a lot about the RRS (Really Right Stuff) products, but it is not available locally.

One option for the tripod, given the requirements, will be the new Manfrotto 190CXPRO4 tripod since there are not many carbon fibre tripods with flip lock around.
 

Some kind of carbon fiber 4-section tripod would be good.
