That time go library borrow books to read ... they know me but I dunno them hahah .. not only just to host photo but trying to pick up a new skills as well .

java script is a scripting language which works only by event triggering, it's not a webpublishing s/w.

Nope, it's packaged with MS Office.

You can signup with a webhost with website builder on their system, it is wysiwyg and can directly publish.

If you have Dreamweaver, use Dreamweaver. If not, just use Frontpage.

Pay more, get more features. It depends on the quality you want.
