Recommendation for home CCTV needed

Am thinking of installing a CCTV in my home to monitor the maid as we have a young baby at home.

Any recommendations /brands/ price / Camera model / where to get etc...

Am considering those with link to broadband ones as well in addition to the normal ones which saves into a hard disk.

sim lim tower camera quality not so good, also need to install yourself very troublesome.
many things to consider, i am dealing with cctv, installing for factory, shops and home.
