Recommendation for Continous Lighting Setup

Anyone can recommend me as the mention above setup?? Basically I just want to shoot indoor and the objects are dolls..as i dont too strong heat to damage my dolls either...

flash is not continuous lighting....

Is continuous wad ... from 1/40,000 of a second to 1/500 of a second. :devil:

hahahhaa...ayio...flash is once u press the shutter release then the light comes out...
