Hi

I am tired of carrying two bags everytime I travel - one for my laptop and another for my D3.

Could you guys recommend me a good bag which can accomodate a laptop + (D3 + 24-70/2.8 + 14-20f/2.8 + Sb800).

I dont mind if it is sling bag or a backpack though backpack would be easier to carry.

regards
Andy

You may want to take a look at Think Tank Photo's Urban Disguise and Airport backpack range.

You have a similar scenario as me
I'm using the Lowepro FastPack 350 as I have a MBP 17" for work daily
But if you have a 15" laptop, FastPack 250 will do

The zip is at the side and pulling out the camera is very convenient

I'm also using a D3, sometimes with my 20-85 f2.8-4 attached or
24-70 f2.8 or 50 f1.4

The back can accomodate up to 20-700 f2.8 size and length

Basically just for the lower compartment I can store the following

SB-800 + 70-200 or 24-70 (long lens, attached to body) + 2 short lens + D3

Depending on your configuration, you can usually slot in 1 more short lens

If you shift your SB-800 to the top compartment, you can put 2 more lens

If you wanna go light with 2 lens for versatility, like 24-70 + 70-200
it's more than capable.

Used to use Lowepro's CompuTrekker to put D2x + 17-35 + 70-200 +2x SB-800 and a 15" laptop, works quite well.

Alternatively, the Thinktank series of backpack bags should be good too, though more pricey though.

I 'm using NG Back Pack M-Size.

Is good enough to fit my HP note book (14.1inch).
and you can also use it as a normal back pack. If you are not carry ur DSLR along.

You can slot in you note book from the side (with zipper) and from top by open the flip cover.
The problem is the side I cant slot it in... cos the zipper length is too short for my note book.

Once thing I don't like is the DSLR compartment the Padding is not as good and a bit soft.
yet the arrangement of the padding is quite limited....but I still can leave with it....

Overall is perform well for me.
But please do take note the Back Pack outlook is look kind of outdoor style type.

Just do a search of the bag on the review....
