Hi,

Either Nikon CP4500...approx. $890+ or Fuji S602Z....$950?

Why you never consider Canon? G3 is ok...maybe $1050??

:p

You can attach additional lenses to the G3.

Btw, the 602z is able to resolve as much details as a 4 mp camera.

Check out www.dpreview.com for the details.

Hi,

Some clarification, S602Z and G3 does not support additional lens like the SLRs. I believe what imaginary_number meant is that you can attach Wide Angle and Tele Converters to the camera. Both cameras allows filters to be attached using a lens adapter.

Sony just launched the new Sony DSC-V1 - 5 mp, 4x zoom prosumer digicam.

See dpreview for news on it.

Looks good. Price and features to compete with digicams like the Canon G3, Oly C5050, etc.

G3 cannot expand more lens? Why not? Get a lens adapter and mount a TC / WC on top of it, and add filters, which is not a bad deal for that price..

I think you're talking about those more "pro" DSLR cams like D100 or EOS 1D which you can mount "EXPANSION LENSES"?
