Recommend me a digicam...

Hi guys..

I'm an amateur and is totally new to digital photography.
Wanted to get a digital cam to bring over to aus for my studies.
Will be taking pictures of just people n places. Not into those professional stuff... budget is around $300.. anyone knows which digicam can i get?

Can call Alan Photo, Cathay Photo, John 3:16 and MS Color for quote.

Alan photo selling $315 today..

By the way , Digital V today selling at $299...not any $250 which some pple talk craps...

Hmmm......maybe u can bargain a bit more.

Also remember to buy a couple more things:

1) 64MB ($50) or 128MB ($90) SM card...the 8MB SM that's supplied is definitely not enuff. The 128MB should be enuff for a couple hundred shots at max image quality setting.

2) Get a set of quick batt charger ($30 ~ $70).....most comes with 4 rechargeable batts and the DC needs only 2...so you'll always have a spare set on stand-by. Ur wallet will thank you in the long-run.

Bo bian i know he sure die die wun deduct so juz buy la since this shop sells the cheapest ...compared to other shops selling at $370...then A201 selling at $450 in other shops la...

Nevermind la..$299 take it la...

Juz that this mth pocket empty

Anyway , this camera is a nice gadget...would definately worth the buy .
