I'm looking for a digicam with manual functions, allowing me to adjust

- Shutter speed
- ISO
- Aperture
- Focus

Is there any digicam on the market that allows this? Or are DSLRs my only options?

There are quite a few. Also, your question has been asked many times before. Please try a search.

quite some Prosumer P&S offer such function, think you probably need to give more preference, e.g. 28mm wide or less, 10x or longer zoom, price range, hot shoe for flash, movie standard like 640x480, or 1280x720P etc.

you can look at dpreview website to look for the details you want and compare each other:

I could stop at 5 cameras, 10 cameras, 15 cameras or even 20. There are a lot of cameras that will allow control over these four; how much control, and how ergonomic the control scheme is, relies very much on an individual model.

Better for you to go and do some of your own homework.

This is almost as non-specific as asking "I'm looking for car which has a 1.6 litre engine, an automatic gearbox, ABS, seatbelts and twin airbags. Is there any car in the market which has these features?" ;)
