Looking for suggestions on a compact camera to take pictures of baby/ fast moving children

budget: 300-400

needs:
- as fast shutter speed as possible
- excellent IQ indoors withOUT flash http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mpmARxuv5cc
- image stabilization

There's just too many models out there to go look at... any help in narrowing the choices is appreciated. Thank you in advance!

funny youtube link... the baby sure had a shock...

like you mentioned, there are just too many brands out there.... you can narrow down to canon or fuji ?
that's the 2 brands that i like to use when it comes to compacts

anything that can manually adjust the shutter to 1/60~1/125.
