Manfrotto 190DB.
Looking for a cheap and durable head that can withstand weight of less than 3Kg. Thanks.

Let's not talk abt Manfrotto brand. Any other tripod heads lesser than $50?

The 352RC is $55. Other than that, you can try the more expensive Gitzo, ArcaSwiss, AcraTech, Foba, etc. The too cheap ones are not worth the trouble. And if your camera crashes all the way to the ground, it will cost more than the ball head you buy. :p

Why not manfrotto...u are using manfrotto tripod rite?

308RC is better than 352RC FYI

just $10 more, get 308RC....

also, manfrotto ball head match your manfrotto tripod better...

like now, i am using manfrotto tripod with Gitzo ball head...look very funny..

but then i get the Gitzo ball head cos it is much smoother than manfrotto one...

IMO, the ball head is as important as the tripod

what's the point of getting manfrotto then....it defeat the purpose of having a good tripod rite?

For those interested in Manfrotto 308RC tripod head. It will be avail most probably on Mon, 18/3/02 at CP. Give them a call to get confirmation before heading down to their shop.

Just to clarify; $65 is quoted by John 3:16 some time back...not CP hor...if memory serves me right, the last time I asked, CP quoted me $75!

nah..John 3:16 selling at $65...i checked it myself a few mths ago...probably u can call them up and see if they have stock?
