Reliability: all are reliable. More reliable than the photographer.

For your other 2 criteria, read the reviews. Websites like photozone cover bokeh, etc as well.

Sigma 50mm f1.4
Sigma 30mm f1.4

Those two are fabulous lens... and are among the best in the same class. Btw... I have a 28mm f2.8 and it is a cheap lens, but with alright sharpness... Reliability wise... all of them are good.
