Spec I am looking for are;
1. 256MB,
2. Built-in FM radio,
3. Use AAA rechargable battery.

<creative>: muvo, muvo nx, rhomba..those recent models. more or less the same specs, +/- a little bit of diff in specs here and there

<mpio>: FL100, Fy200, DMK, DMG..

<iriver> also got. theirs is those triangular cross-section type and about 7 cm long. didnt recall the specific model codes.

4 me i use the ancient one: creative digital mp3 player. 32mb ram. 8 songs is enough for me on the road .got it used from some guy @HWZ @50 bucks..cheap n good ^_^

looking for removable flash media (eg, MMC, SD, etc) or built-in type? Anyway MPIO is a good brand to look at.

I think the quality is best among all. But not cheap, 256MB cost 400

Ipod mini is not worth it. 4gb only and cost nearly as much as a 15gb Ipod.
