Can anyone recommend a Camera Bag for Canon G2???

What's the avg price of a decent quality camera bag big enough to carry the Canon G2 camera, lens adapter, filters/lenses, charger and compact flash(s)??? Is my budget of $50 enough??? Any comments or recommendations?

Lowepro photo runner, selling around $50 at Cathay Photo, able to configure into a waist bag or a shoulder bag. Can hold your G2 set and a external flash (380EX), if you have one. I've a small umbrella tucked in the front pocket.

Is there anything smaller that is good? I need most is protection so good padding would be great. No need to hold many stuff, just need to hold the camera, 1 extra batt, charger,2CF cards. Thats all. Any recommendation?

I saw some in Alley Photo that might fit your bill. But don't forget to bargain down! :) They say it's sales, but still bargainable.

Hmm.. Looks ok...

and the dimensions seems ok too! (http://www.shopdirect.com/lowepro/photorun.html), but at 708g (empty), is it considered heavy??

or maybe can check out their site for other models. CP is their distributer so i think the price there r cheaper.

I have the one which you've posted although mine is red in color. I use it to put in my G2 + 2 batteries + B300 TC + 2 cf cards + cleaning cloth + 2 filters and adaptor. Whew~ :D

I can't remember how much I've bought it. Its a very convenient bag as you can either sling it or use as a beltpack, depending on situation. The sling has a padding too so it ease shoulder ache.

It's not very heavy (when empty) and because of the padding, it's quite comfy too.

Hope it helps. :)
