Hi All IR Friends,

Sorry for the late posting of this recce thread @ Punggol Matilda House.
Didn't bring any IR Gear with me that day as I just wanted to survey the area to evaluate the potential of holding an IR Outing at the Matilda House.
Anyway, here are some of my recce shots. Enjoy.

I like #1,2 &3, esp #1 & 3 which are well framed and composed:)
The unwanted slipper and the old floor tile & scaling wall tell a story about this place.

Hi Francis

Like ur composition for this series. Very good!  :D

Long waited... and  for a good series!

#1 to #4 works very well for me!

Hi Stan,

Thanks for your comment. :)
I still have a lot to learn to improve on my composition and how to give the feeling to the viewer.
Thanks for enlightening me that day and also your valuable advice on how to improve my photography skills. ;)

Hi Lelise,

Thanks for your comment. :)

Took quite a lot that day, but shortlist these few as the rest are more like snapshot. :embrass:

Francis, thanks for sharing the pictures. Many of them are stunning; sharp and very good composition. Wonder if the pair of slippers will change location the next time ur there :p

Hi Leinaj,

Thanks for your comments.
The pair of slippers was right there when we go into the compound. Maybe it will change location the next time perhaps during the night.

great series ~
my faves are #1 and #3.. those slippers in #1 look kinda fossilized.. :p

Hi Joanne_zh,

Thanks for your comment.

I believe the slippers may be left down by other people who visit the place before or maybe by some construction workers, it was covered with mud and left exactly at the spot I took that shot. :sweatsm:

Anyway, thanks for viewing.

Hi Francis..
how to get there?? dont mind sharing??

hmmm i just went there on sunday.

yes, the fencing up is true with the usual trespasser sign.

had to climb over the fence to get in... the fence is quite high and those quite hard to climb type.. so must go to the part where the gate is.. the grass looks trimmer..
