Non DSLR owners...get it cos it's a newer DSLR and those who need one

D30 owners...maybe if they need a new DSLR or a 6MP to replace their D30

D60 owners...i think better dun upgrade...not worth it unless u got too much money to throw. we dun mind cheap d60...

1D/1Ds owners...no point downgrading

It still uses USB 1.1 interface ...arghhh....!!!

Try downloading a 4GB MD into your PC. It will take at least 1.5 hrs.

Sigh

If you are talking abt selling D60 for 2nd hand price and getting 10D for new price. NO.

If you can get a 10D for 2nd hand price. Maybe yes.

compare to D60
- unsure how fast is the AF esp in AI Servo and low lighting
- quality not much different

cos i still waiting for 4D

4D lottery that is. :bsmilie: :bsmilie:

Hi java guru

hehe.....i'm shocked. being the guru that u are, u mean u download images directly from the camera?? :D

there's such a thing as a FireWire card reader, which will take your CF card and pump data into your pc faster than u can say "public void main()" :)

or try those USB 2.0 card readers.....

I just bought a FireWire reader. 50MB from a RiData 128MB CF in 20s. That works out to roughly "16x", which is the card's max rated speed. :)

no there are no reasons for not getting it. i'm sure it will have faster AF than the D60 if it has the AF module of the EOS 30. The EOS 30 is pretty snappy!

the AF is worth the price of admission, me thinks.

That, and the ISO 100 to 3200!!!!!

btw Streetshooter: did u say before u wanted a SMALL camera to be able to shoot at ISO 3200? now there's one!

buy buy buy!
