is it worth it to send my f80 for servicing? as in i wanted an mf screen on the f80 so i mod it..after i replaced the screen and the shutter wont fire and acccidentally scratch the original screen. all of it so that i can take macro. did that to my canon and its still working..

how much it cost??

why not take it down to the camera hospital or the repair shot at adelphi to get a quote on the repairs first before deciding? am sure wun be worth the money to repair it at NSC. but the f80's a good camera secondary only to the f5 and f100, imo. i have one and use it for slides or b&w shots. i believe it's worth the effort to repair it and use it again, that's if it's worth the money and effort ah.
