re: EXIF data image from RAW

Hi there anyone knows how to display EXIF data using the web gallery from RAW images saved down to JPEG for web at 72dpi? :sweat: Using Photoshop CS...seems that the RAW plugin 2.1 uses XML to convert and hence non supported displays like our web gallery/explorer cannot see it...

Adobe Camera Raw 2.1 does save the EXIF data to jpg files after conversion. It is probably because you tried to 'Save to Web' that caused the EXIF data to be stripped from the resulting jpg file. 'Save to Web' will strip EXIF data from jpg files even in earlier versions of Photoshop.

To keep the EXIF data in jpg images meant for web display, you should manually change the image resolution to 72 dpi and convert the color space to sRGB through 'Image/Mode/Convert to Profile' function instead.

erm...tried that a few times....i used "save as" function. only jpeg files i took wiff 10D were able to display EXIF data leh. Those converted from built in RAW did not work leh. Under File-->File Info can see the data but once save to JPEG cannot liao. Anyone faced the same problems in Adobe CS? :sweat:
