Hi,
Anyone know how i can charge battery without using the normal wall socket.

I'll planning to go on a hiking trip to the Himalayas & in the wild, you don't get to have power & electricity for charging battery. Any suggestions?

You may not be able to charge but I think you need to carry additional batteries to last that period of time (for hiking) Maybe an external Battery Pack .... like this one .... I have one set for sale. ;)

See this http://forums.clubsnap.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=38010&perpage=20&pagenumber=1.

I think it would be difficult to charge the batteries during hiking trips ... Will there be a car nearby ?

I have a cigaratte adapter to 3 pin powerpoint 100w adapter that can plug in any standard power plug.

I also have a solar charger that can charge AAA/AA batteries with a cigarrate plug. However the power through solar is low.

I also don't drive anymore, anyone keen to buy/borrow/rent?
