Raptor ID help please....

Hi guys,

Spotted this fella gliding above my place and managed to get just this one shot...tried googling and its rather confusing because quite a few raptors look rather similar!

Could an experienced eye please help my identify what bird this is. Thanks!

This should be a Changeable Hawk Eagle. There are 7 fingers as can be seen on the right wing. Oriental Honey Buzzard only has six fingers.

Hmmm....now that you have said that and I just counted the fingers of both a Oriental Honey Buzzard and the bird i shot..i am convinced its a Changeable hawk eagle. Dark morph?

I believe this is what they call a Pale Morph. The Dark Morph looks very different.
