Nice shots, I like #3 particularly. Its just slippers but the 2nd pair of slippers outside really adds to the picture.

16. Golden Beauty #3

tried out "Reverse Lens Macro" for these last two shots, cant get the focus right coz of the REALLY wide aperture haha so guess it rules out more as Abstract Shots than Macro Shots ;)

18. Screwed

19. Centre of Attention

Scary sight eh? haha was on an overseas trip and a buddy wanted to lend a camera set fr a day so I passed him my backup 40d and 50mm but halfway thru the day, he came running to me with the shards in his hands :l heartbroken... haha altho I now have a reason to upgrade to the f1.4 :) lol

ello and thanks :) haha my situation was the other way around, stuck in a foreign country with nothing to do for a few months etc and what i started grew on me even when i came back to sg :D hmm, odd enough, i used no macro lenses, first few pics- 17-40L, then i moved to the sigma 30 f1.4, and for the abstract ones, my once useful 50mm f1.8 reversed macro-ed haha hopefully you'll find time to quench your inspiration ;) maybe a few hours during the weekend haha sort it out my friend
