I find that the colors seems to be a bit washed out. Could it be the flash is too strong?

Uses the 70-300mm len. Not sure abt the setting as I don't have the habit to note down(trying to make it a habit)

Anyway, Most is at the far end so it shld be F5.6 most of the time. Shutter ard 1/60 or more. That all I can remeber.
