I just gotten my Benq DC2300 camera a few days back and there were flickers on the LCD screen whenever i use it. It is normal ? Can i call them up for 1 to 1 exchange on this ?

not sure whether is it normal for BenQ digi cam but for my cam... it won't flicker.. ;p
anyway... its still good to just call them up or go down personally to check with them... do a comparison with another set to see if there's any problem with your camera...!

My Benq 2300 hasa dead pixel near the centre but I did not go back to the shop to change as it was a freebie.
The picture quality were surprisingly "ok".
