Questions on servicing for km5d :)

Hello everyone, i'm a new KM user, and i'm wondering how often do i have to send my 5d to KM(or sony or ??) for servicing?

Is there any recommended guidelines as to when to send it in for ccd cleaning, etc?

How much will it cost? Will having a warranty help?

most important thing is ur receipt.. if its in warranty, it shuldnt cost u anything.. some ppl go once every 6 mnths, some once a yr, up to u

i clean the ccd myself, own time own target, don't need to waste the trip(s) down to KM.

Sorry for crashing this thread... my question is, I lost the original software installer CD (Dimage viewer) that came with my A200. The camera is still under warranty. Is is possible to get another copy from Minolta at their service centre?
