Questions on rotating photos

Hi all,

I notice whenever I try to rotate a photo from landscape e.g 4:3 to 3:4 on my Photoshop, it will result in visible jagged edges along the lines of the subject in the photo. :dunno:

Did I miss out a step or do I need to adjust the aspect when I rotate?

why don't you use "rotate canvas" instead?

image/rotate canvas/90º CW or 90ºCCW
