Question on Photoshop

hi guys, i have a question here...

I am trying to add some "lens blur" to my backgrd
however i notice that there may be a "line" between the blur part and the unblur part
how can i even this 2 parts? thanks

Do you mean the transition between the blurred and unblurred areas is too hard?

Then try applying some feathering to your selection (under Select>Feather) before you apply the blurring. Amount of feathering depends on size of image -- try a few options, say ard 5-30 and adjust.
