Question on my 430EXII

Hi guys, wanna clarify with you with regards to my 430EXII flash.

When I set to direct flash position, shutter speed at 1/200 and continuos shot, my 430EX can flash continously non-stop.
But when I set to bounce flash position (flash head facing ceiling), my 430EX can only flash every 1-2 secs... why ah? Any idea?

do you realise that the flash needs to increase its output power when u aim at the ceiling?
