Question on LAEA3 adaptor

Hi guys, I’m considering migrating my a99 Amount gears to A7M3.

Was thinking if it’s just getting the laea3 adaptor and a7m3

Does A7M3 support Amount lenses (2470z, 50z) completely with laea3?

Complete as in af features like Center lock in, eye af etc.
