Question about location

Hi Clubsnappers!

I'd like to ask if anybody knows where in Chinatown there are rooftops of buildings where you can find some swings and where people hang their clothes etc. I saw a picture of such a place. It must have been a tall building. Please let me know if you know places like that.

If you could tell us more specifically what kind of rooftops and clothes, we would be able to help.
If you had shown us a picture, we would be able to help.
If you had posted in the right sub forum, we would be able to help.

This sub forum clearly states: Photo Gallery. Its a pity you did not understand that and asked for a location here.
