putting old black and white negatives into digital format

hello, i have found some old black and white negatives from photos that my dad took while traveling among the mountain communities of Vietnam during the Vietnam War, that i would like to be scanned into digital format... I am located in Bali... does anyone know the closest place to have these scanned (Bali, Surabaya, Jakarta, Singapore?)...
