Purchase of software

What are the things to look out for when buying 2nd hand software from C&S? Question on single license user, how to ensure that after purhcase, you dun infringe on any copyrights issue?

Or is it advisable to get brand new ones? Appreciate advice from the expert, cheers! :cry:

For software, you need to make sure you have some proof of ownership, since you are worried about the legal aspect, ie. have the cert with the serial or licence key.
Also, some software requires you to register with the maker/developer for support/upgrades or proof of ownership and this registration may or may not be transferable.
