Hi all..
im sorry but it may sound like a repeated thread..

Just went to recee at Punggol waterway area...

Started from riviera lrt and was told that there is lalang fields.

But I dont see any until I cross the sunrise bridge to lorong halus wetland

And was kinda disappointed by im no. Sure whether what ive saw.. Was it lalang or tall grass...

Because they arent really that tall and also most were grasses...

Tried walking to find more and I walked to waterway.

Only found the lone tree and I gave up on punggol beach as it was too hot...

Im travelling on foot n public transport

So anyone can fill me in whether punggol beach has what I want? The lalang field...

Looking for a more nature like area and also dont mind the beach.. Hence I chose the area...

Please input :(

Riviera LRT Station? yeah, there were big lalang areas when they have not developed the Punggol Waterway Park, including Punggol Promenade Riverside Walk

Punggol already developed and lalang fields are gone for so many years.

areas like these are now HDB flats.

you may find some small pockets of so call lalang patch along Punggol Promenade Nature Walk, but you also can see HBD flats in the background. so you can try shoot very high or very low angle to hide the background.

I suggest you can try shoot the Punggol Lone Tree, not too far walk from Damai LRT station.

Hope this help,

Punggol Point should look like this today (no much changes) and now with some more shops at the Jetty. :)

shops is on the right side of Jetty.

Those rocks are on left side of Jetty, bigger clutter of rocks are about 300m away from the jetty.

Lalang all gone. Even the Lalang fields at Pulau Punggol Barat and Pulau Punggol Timor all gone.
