ya den bikes ard $3- $6 depend on how u talk to the owner and how the buisness doing at that
day..

Yup hehe... when u planning to go? i wanted to go early this jan but it seems that the raining season won't stop any sooner... :(

yaya but the bike there brake isn't that good after all the wrack by the visitor haha... must be careful... hehe...

February 12th 2006 (Sunday)
Changi Village 10am.


directions: Tanah Merah MRT, come out take Bus 2 to changi village direction.
Just stop at the changi village terminal.
wait at hawker center.
Just ask anyone you see carrying camera, should be correct.

bring $20 should be MORE than enough (unless you eat so much at changi village).
bike price varies:
if you are cute and pretty: $3 comfirm can
otherwise depends on what kind of bike you take.
dont need cut price the poor uncle bah cause also can cut $1 only.


Any objections or advice? =)

i will try to plan a route and post it up, then you can critique and tell me what you want to add in. i will try to provide each of you with a small route map on the day itself according to to your team also, so we all dont just follow the leader, can move ahead or linger behind. after all we're there to take our own sweet time take photo.

then must go at 8am or something also i think. Maybe someone else can plan another Chek Jawa small group trip another time.


And if you interested in Night Shots trip (will be a tent on the beach thing). just state explicitly, it will be held in late feb or early march.

Too bad, I wouldn't be in Singapore during this time... Otherwise I also wanna go too... Nevermind, still got next time right? Jio me for the next trip if there is any...

Can, but the bumboat operators will charge for that. I believe it's $12 (Bike $10+ you $2).

But I still feel it's better without bikes since you guys are going there to photograph. More mobile without a bike. Do climb to the top of the quarry... very nice view. But be careful!! :)

Hey Philip,
Yup, I know they can, but was toying with the idea of bringing my bike along (poor thing has been sitting at home for the past year and a half), on second thoughts, it'd be better not to bring along (cumbersome and one more thing to look after).

It now costs $10 to bring the bike over??? The last time I brought my bike over, it cost only $4 (or something around that price)! Ok, admittedly, that was close to 10 years ago. :)
