Pulau Ubin - Chek Jawa Photo Hike 24 Feb 2013

This time, we will be going to Pulau Ubin`s Chek Jawa. Alot of walking is involved although should not be as exertive as hiking Bukit Timah Hill.

Average walking time is 40mins to get to Chek Jawa and another 40mins to get back to the jetty.

As usual, Meet up time is 0800hr at Changi Point Ferry Terminal. End time is expected around 1pm.

Maximum group size is 12 since each ferry can fit only 12 at any one time. It will cost each person about $3 for the ferry ride per ride.

*Recommended to bring telephoto lens.

Hello everybody,

since I am new in SG, I have only one question: how can I reach the Changi Point Ferry Terminal? Is there any bus which takes you there from Pasir Ris?

Take SBS service 109. It ends at Changi Village.

Ok, but according to the website steventay gave me, for me it is more convenient to alight at Simei (since I am coming from the west part) and then take a bus. I thought that the best place to catch a bus was Pasir Ris, but I was wrong!
