I am a new user of PSE9, I wish to learn the in-and-outs of photo-editing skills/other skills from what i have.

Can you give me some opinion on whether i shall get some CD/DVD* from the net? or shall i subscribe from website**

Any opinion will be respected. \^_^/

Getting a couple of books will be good. Go check out borders or riceball.
