PS exercise - Underwater

Something I did for fun.

Pls imagine this with lots of 'distractions', tonnes of bubbles, sharks swimming around...Lol
And its suppose to be sort of background for maybe live-action or animated 3D elements.

i'm always asking how'd you get the colours...like overcast...contrast and such

er, I usually use lots of layers and masking. Not sure how to answer your qn man..
But I use whatever, no right or wrong.

For eg,in this instance, to change the overall color of an element,eg,the man.
I use 'color balance'.
Then I may use a separate 'hue/saturation' with painted mask to adjust just certain parts.
At times, I also use a 'color' layer if necessary.

But this image not much color lah, so its quite easy. everything blue blue,haha
