Prosumer or PnS cam for macro?

Hi all..

can anyone recommend me a prosumer or PnS cam that is good in macro photography?

I intend to take product photography e.g brooch, pen, food so a considerable cam is needed. not intending to purchase DSLR yet....just yet. :embrass:

Almost all the prosumers are good in this regard, from the Sony H3/7/9 to the Canon G7/9 and the Nikon/Fuji counterparts.

Unless you plan to take your shots in natural lighting, consider a P&N which allows you to mount an external flash so that you can control your lighting a bit more.

most of the prosumers are good.. for this aspect..

and so are SOME p&s.. like the sony t series is pretty decent, i've seen good macro pictures from there
