Is someone facing the same problem as me.
Please advise

Is there any error message? What system are you using? Have you checked log files (system messages, event log)?
(My crystal ball is for cleaning, got some dust inside ..)

Hi Octarine, there is no error message. I am running on windows. Sorry i dont know anything about system messages and event log.
Totally new to photography and Photoshop.
Please advise.

Can someone introduce a free pano software for the time being please.
I wish to try things out before going for holiday photo shoots.
Thank you

1) Check all recommended settings for Photoshop (Google helps here)
2) Do a hard disk check (enable 'check for bad sectors'), get some coffee. (It will take a long while).
3) Do a memory check (there is also a Windows tool for that, otherwise every Linux Live CD has this boot option "Memory Check").
